Returns & Exchanges
• Custom & Personalized Items: All customized and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the mistake was ours.
• BCWV Designs is not responsible for errors in custom orders due to customer-provided mistakes (e.g., misspellings, incorrect dates). Please double-check all details before placing an order.
Refunds & Processing
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
